Into Myceli Unlimiti - Origin Story - The Who, The What, and The How
The Who: Hello and safe travels from Mycelium Unlimiti and the MU Fermentation Labs. We are US/CO based group of mycelium and fermentation enthusiasts in pursuit of a healthier and sustainable way of life through traditional and modern techniques of fermentation and mycelium cultivation.
The What: Through the practice of traditional and modern day fermentation and cultivation techniques we take basic organic material and ingredients and turn them into nutritionally dense products for you to enjoy. Basically turning them into superhero versions of themselves.
The How: We started as an idea in Juneau, AK. How can we take basic ingredients and maximize their nutritional value? At the time the idea was inspired by Koji mycelium! That was the beginning of our love for the pursuit to find affordable, sustainable, and cosmic fermented foods to better improve the lifestyles of all people. Through our journey of deciding on our concept we branched out from only fermentation to the cultivation of mushrooms with the idea to being able to grow what we plan to ferment, providing the true meaning of a full circle to our cause. Our aspirations never cease to out weigh our current position but the goal remains the same. Maximizing what is around us and bringing you these infinite ideas of what food can be to your doorstep, for your cosmic existence.
